We run the operation with you — not for you. CygnusAlpha personnel work inside your workflows, triaging escalations, coaching supervisors, refining autonomy rules, and capturing learning signals. We carry accountability for outcomes during this phase.
Transfer
As your team's confidence grows, we shift from operating alongside you to standing behind you. Your team runs the operation day-to-day; CygnusAlpha remains the platform and strategic partner for expanding to new operational slices or deeper capabilities.

A system going live is not an outcome. Resolution rates going up is an outcome. Escalation quality improving is an outcome. Handle time coming down is an outcome.
Before we start, we agree on the specific, measurable outcomes we're jointly targeting. Those are what we're accountable to — not activity milestones, not deliverable checklists.
Our operating commitment
If production outcomes are not tracking to the agreed targets at the end of Phase 02, we don't begin Transfer. We go back into Operate, at our cost, until they are. We do not hand over an operation that isn't working.
Resolution Rate
The percentage of customer conversations resolved autonomously by AI — without human escalation. We set a baseline in Week 1 and a target for Week 12. We track it weekly.
Escalation Quality Score
How complete and useful is the context when an escalation reaches a human agent? Measured by supervisor feedback and agent resolution speed on escalated cases.
Handle Time on Complex Cases
For conversations that do reach human agents — how long does resolution take? Context-preserving handoffs should reduce this. We measure whether they do.
Learning Velocity
How quickly are supervisor decisions being captured and incorporated into AI behaviour? A system that isn't improving from production experience is not working as designed.
