These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between the Customer (“User”, “You”, “Your” or “Subscriber”) and Cygnus Alpha Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using Cygnus Alpha, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Provision of Services

  2. Accessibility: The Company provides access via the Internet.

2. Definitions

  • Agreement: These Terms of Service.
  • Order: Document specifying services and fees.
  • Company: Cygnus Alpha Private Limited.
  • Confidential Information: Non-public proprietary data.
  • Data: Customer-submitted data.
  • Service: Cygnus Alpha platform.
  • Customer: User of the service.

3. Data Management and Security

  1. Industry-standard security measures are maintained.
  2. Server details are confidential.

4. Use of Data

  1. Company may use anonymized data for improvements.
  2. Company complies with data protection laws.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • No liability for uncontrollable events.
  • No indirect or consequential damages.
  • Liability capped at 10% of yearly fees.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the Order document.

7. Compliance with Privacy Laws

Company complies with GDPR and Indian laws.

8. Confidentiality Obligations

  • Both parties must protect confidential information.
  • Use only for agreement purposes.

9. Indemnification

Both parties agree to indemnify each other against violations and claims.

10. Representation and Warranties

  • Both parties have legal authority.
  • Service provided “as-is”.

11. Term and Termination

  • Valid for subscription period.
  • Termination allowed for breach.
  • Data retrieval allowed for 30 days.

12. General Provisions

  • Force Majeure applies.
  • Governing law: India.
  • Disputes resolved in New Delhi.

13. Modification to Terms

Company can update terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.

Workflow Automation

Users are responsible for workflows they create and must comply with laws.

  • Access to Google user data is granted only through user authorization.
  • Data is used strictly to provide application functionality.
  • We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • All handling of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and appropriate security practices.
